關于遴選2014—2015年度中加學者交換項目候選人的通知
根據《中華人民共和國教育部與加拿大外交和國際貿易部關于中國－加拿大學者交換項目的諒解備忘錄》，2014-2015年度國家留學基金管理委員會（以下簡稱國家留學基金委）將選拔中加學者交換項目留學人員赴加拿大有關高校作為訪問學者開展學習和研究。現根據國家留學基金委的要求，將有關事宜通知如下：
1.選派專業：申請人從事有關加拿大的研究，側重于社會科學和人文學科，如商學、經濟學、法律、國際關系、歷史、政治、社會學、地理、藝術、英語或法語文學、語言學、教育、傳播政策、媒體研究、規劃、科學政策、社會管理、環境研究、建筑及其它相關領域。
4.選派規模：不超過100人·月/年（即每年錄取人員留學期限之和不超過100個月），我校推薦人數不超過2人。
在加留學期間的獎學金（約2200加元/月）、由加出入境城市至留學目的地的食宿費（最高為350加元）及醫療保險費用均由加方承擔；國家留學基金提供一次性往返國際旅費。
2.留學語言為英/法語。英/法語水平和能力應得中方推薦教授的認可。語言水平須滿足以下任一項：
①.英語水平應達到TOEFL成績80分以上或雅思成績5.5分以上；
③.加方接受導師出具的申請人語言水平可滿足在加研修需要的書面證明（英文，電子郵件亦可）。
3.需具有碩士或碩士以上學位，碩士畢業后一般應具有2年以上工作經歷，對博士畢業的申請人，沒有工作年限的要求。
4．申請人的學術水平和研究計劃的學術質量將作為選拔的首要標準。
5.優先考慮那些研究課題旨在促進對加拿大認識和了解的申請人。
6.優先考慮那些研究項目能夠在申請人回國后在中國產生廣泛影響的申請人，可通過出版專著、在著名學術刊物上發表論文的方式，亦可通過其它方式使其研究成果在中國得以更廣泛地傳播。
1.申請人需在2013年12月20日前向國際處提交校內申請推薦表（見附件一）。
2.2013年12月26日-28日，學校評審確定正式候選人，并通知候選人進行網上報名。
3.被確定的候選人需在2014年1月1日-1月20日登錄國家留學基金委網上報名系統：http://apply.csc.edu.cn，填寫《出國留學申請表》，完成網上報名。網報時，受理機構名稱請選擇“直接上報基金委”，項目名稱請選擇“中加學者交換項目”。
4.請完成網上報名的申請人在2014年1月21日中午12點之前向國際處提交以下書面申請材料
獎學金英/法文申請表第一頁；教育經歷（單獨一頁）；工作經歷（單獨一頁）；獲獎情況（單獨一頁）
第一頁按要求填寫，其它均須使用英文。
在加拿大擬開展研究的具體說明，須附不少于500字的中文說明；
計劃留學加拿大的具體機構及院系名稱并具體說明選擇該機構的原因；
具體說明本人已和哪些加拿大機構及學者有著怎樣的聯系與合作；
詳細說明本項目對本人職業上的發展有何裨益及回國后如何把在加留學期間所取得的成果應用在職業發展上。
國家留學基金委與加拿大駐華使館組織專家對申請材料進行會議評審，并確定項目候選人名單。
被錄取人員將以國家公派留學人員身份于2014年派出，具體派出時間以加方通知為準。
